History
chad was born on (4chan time) Fri 24 Mar at 18:37.
chad was made because there were no good programming threads on /g/,
and after taking inspiration from a better chan's thread, which I liked
quite a lot, so I made /chad/. Hopefully, this somehow improved board
culture, but I highly doubt that, and I have left /g/ because it serves
no purpuse and quality is exceptionally low, it was fun while it lasted.
on march 31 (thread 3) the idea of an IRC was initially discussed and
I made (I didn't know to register the chan) a channel, however egor
made one on rizon.net and it became official by the next thread. The
idea of a telegram would come after, in thread 12, ultrachad made the
telegram and I soon after joined.
ultrachad had made last thread: thread 11, and he posted that on Tuesday,
April 18. He's in college and he gave me the ownership after I told
him I started it. He used to be more active around the start of the
TG. Ultrachad is inactive at the moment due to college.
egor created the TG bot, cnile, a few days after the TG established.

Communal Projects
probotic is #/g/chad's first community project, it involved three members:
anon, fa11_1eaf, & emil. It was primarily developed by anon with his
SQL know-how, and is maintained by emil. fa11_1eaf soon after this
died and never returned due to his demise.
The second project, hl or libhl, is a highlighting program. It was
a concept drafed from the project emporium which was created to be
a bank of project ideas so everyone could agree on a totally random
result. This project involved xolatile, and anon as primary developers,
and emil as a interloper. This project has been decently successful
internally, and has spawned an subproject, jeger, which is a regexp
engine written entirely by anon.
A third project has yet to be astablished.
Wildlife of /chad/
Xolatile is the offical god of /chad/, and he has been here as about
as long as me. he is known for writting safe, easy to read, and blocky
code. He has made games. He is not to be trusted if you use malloc
in your codebase.
Anon is a chad who is known for being active and fairly capable in
a few languages, and for being a primary developer in both chad group
projects.
Soikk and Y are interlopers that are not be trusted, as they glow and
probably program in Javasirs. Do not give them your personal information
(Soikk + Y = Soy KKK).
Rakjo is a gymbro (he's fit, I've seen his nude body a number of times,
please stop DMing me) and he is a chad working on low level systems.
c353 is a semi-chad whom has written an assembler with a raylib frontend,
I might of helped him I think, probably not.
IRC
zwei is a longterm semi-active lurker, ping him if you dare.
wallacer, & Dogman- are lurkers, may not reply to pings.
wraith, connor7000, & shock are all newfags, may reply to pings.
Important people
egor is a Chad as he created the IRC.
ultrachad is a UltraChad as he created the fed honeypot TG.
