Johan Holmberg b82c90232c refactor, 'tmp_dir',... -> Runner class ...

the methods 'tmp_dir', 'tmp_work_dir' and 'tmp_cmdtest_dir'
are needed in 'cmdtest.rb' too, so moving them to the
Runner class.
