USE moontalk.rb, or moontalk.tcl!

moontalk.rb:

  You'll need to install ruby to run it.
  See source code for usage.

moontalk.tcl:

  you'll need tcl and tk to run it.
  Click the bottom bar to talk.

moontalk.c:

IS INCOMPLETE, do not use it.
